In The Mall…

Alvy and Sofy:

(This is Alvy)Yesterday, Alice, Sofy, Silvia and I went to the mall, it was just to celebrate my birthday with some kind of reunion. We met at the cinema, and I had to pick Alice up, because her father couldn’t bring her to the mall at that time. There was no interesting movie without any explicit content passing, so we bought tickets to a movie that did have explicit content, and had to be for people over 16. When we were on the way to the movie, Alice was insecure if she really wanted to watch it (by the way, the name is “Perfume, the story of a murderer”) So, when we had sat on the comfortable cinema chairs, we looked up at the screen and Alice didn’t want to watch it, but I told her to wait, and give it a chance. Bad decision, the movie was repulsive, the boy’s mother gave birth to him under a fish-selling “market” and she cut the umbilical cord with a dagger and just stood up to continue selling the fish, but she was accused of trying to kill her son, so she was killed. The rest of the movie was just DISGUSTING, like when the boy picked up a dead mouse and smelled it, and the screen went inside the rat and showed a bunch of larva eating the rat up, it was just sick. Alice was protesting all the time, and I was always saying: “Alice, give it a chance,” but I ended up giving up, the movie was just repulsive, I just hoped that Alice wouldn’t be mad at me for making her watch that movie.

We decided to walk around the mall. Like always, we bought candy in a store called “Honey Honey” and went to a store called “Saraiva” and that’s a store that sells books, CDs, DVDs, etc… Alice bought me a DVD, which I asked for, and it’s called “Date Movie” so, if you have the opportunity, you should watch it! So, back to my world, I really needed to go to the bathroom, so while Alice and Silvia were in the perfume store, I DRAGGED Sofy with me to look for a bathroom (Sofy added the dragging part, because Alvy would never admit that. He did drag me, though)…We were walking with the crowd until we found this lady that had this HUGE mustache, Sofy and I kept on looking at her, no matter what, I think we even drooled. When she was out of sight, we laughed like crazy. When I got out of the bathroom, Sofy told me that this woman came inside the men’s bathroom and came running away, saying: “Was that the men’s bathroom?” well, duh! and a little BOY was coming in with his father, and his father brought him in, but the BOY exclaimed: “But daddy, this is the men’s bathroom!” we laughed so much!

We were at the food court, I looked ahead and aw McDonald’s, until I saw this very familiar hair, and that hair’s brother, OH MY GOSH, IT WAS THE TOK & STOK ROLLER SKATER GIRL! Alice began talking to her, but she didn’t even notice, and she just vanished after she bought her lunch. She’s just plain weird!

Also, while Silvia and Alice were in the bathroom, Alvy and I (It’s Sofy now.) went to this place that had something to do with that Night at the Museum movie. It was like this stand/room/whatever thing, I’m not sure how to describe it. We wanted to go inside, but there were these bunch of people screaming and yelling from inside so we got scared. When Silvia and Alice came back out of the bathroom, Alice, since she’s SO, well, outgoing, went up to the lady standing in front of the stand/room/whatever thing and started talking to her as if they were old friends. The lady explained that they weren’t letting people in anymore, and the stand/room/whatever thing had closed. Alice kept trying to persuade her to let us in, and then, as a last argument, we (except Alvy) were like: “But it’s his birthday! Come on, you have to let us in!”. And the lady didn’t let us in, but she did call these two other girls up and told them it was Alvy’s birthday, and they started jumping up and down like crazy drugged people and singing happy birthday.

And then we left cuz Alvy was embarassed.

And before, while we were in Saraiva, Silvia and Alice were up buying Alvy’s DVD and Alvy and I were looking at other stuff. I don’t remember why, but for some reason we started laughing really loud, and Alice was like “What, are you guys five years old or something?”, and we nodded, still laughing, and this woman beside them said “No, they’re four.” Alvy didn’t hear it, only Silvia and I. I was so pissed. Who did that woman think she was? So what if we want to laugh out loud, it’s not our fault that you’re PMSsing or that you’re like sixty-seven and still single! (probably, since you’re so damn mean and bitchy. No guy would ever want to date you.) (I could say some pretty meaner stuff that would make Alvy and Alice laugh a lot, but I think that other people like Ms.C and maybe someone else from school are reading this, and besides, I’m bigger than that) I would never do something like that, she was so rude. It’s not as if she’s our mom to tell us what we can and can’t do.

But anyway. We were looking through the CDs, and there’s this place on the wall where there are like, the top selling CDs in the store, like 1 to 100 I think. the 1st and 2nd “slot” were empty, so we chose these really crappy CDs, like Marcello Rossi (is that how you write it?) and this Domingão thing, and put them in there while no one was looking. Then these two boys were up there looking and the CDs and the youngest one pointed up and said “Wow, Marcello Rossi!!!” It was so funny.

The last funny thing that I can remember was when we were at this other store, I don’t remember what the name was. It had these model rooms, like Tok & Stok, and we went into the model bathroom. I sat on the bidet, Alvy sat on the toilet, (that sounds to weird) Silvia pretended she was taking a shower and Alice was in the tub. (They had this awesome tub. I want one like that) I bet it was the most hilarious scene to anyone passing by. I had this empty package of fries, and I asked someone to go look for a trash can with me. But Alice just grabbed the package out of my hand and stuffed it under this towel on the edge of the tub. We laughed so much.

We had the most awesome day, I wish it had been longer. But by then it was like ten o’clock and our parents were picking us up already. But I got a call from Alice awhile ago, and she invited me to go to her house to watch some movies. Alvy, Gio Antoniazzi, and maybe Marina (this girl that’s also our friend, who left school some time ago) and Thais are gonna be there. I can’t wait. Now I have to do my homework because I don’t know if I’ll be home on time to do it later, and then I have to get ready. We’ll write about how it went. And maybe we’ll convince Alice to make a wordpress account and then she’ll also be able to write in our blog.
